Shipping fee
We offer 3 shipping methods for customers to choose from:
- Sea route – suitable for bulk orders, cost-effective.
- Air transport – faster delivery time.
- Carry-on luggage – the fastest delivery method.
The shipping costs between different methods may vary; however, they will be fixed (fixed price) and listed directly on the website for customers to easily track and calculate costs before placing an order.
Customs duties and Domestic taxes (Taxes in general)
All costs displayed on the website are includes tax (customs duties and domestic taxes), in compliance with the regulations of each country. Customers not required to pay any additional taxes in addition to the amount displayed when placing the order.
Delivery method
Shipping stage: Delivery is made in a Door to Door manner, so customers do not need to worry about intermediary procedures.
Delivery assurance unit: AZ Project is the only unit currently responsible for and ensuring delivery in Japan.
Specify the Delivery Date and Time: Currently, the system not supported specify the date and time of delivery. Estimated delivery time:
- Carry-on luggage: 3 – 5 days
- Other forms: 5 - 10 days

Vietnam Shipping Unit: EMS
Delivery time: Hand-carried items 3 – 5 days, other methods 5 – 10 days, calculated from actual working day (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
Packaging method
The product is packaged according to the manufacturer's packaging standards. For items that need to be packed in boxes or containers, the packaging specifications will comply with international standard, ensure the safety of goods throughout the transportation process.
