01/ Developing cross-border e-commerce systems and supporting digital marketing

VCS develops e-commerce systems that enable businesses to trade goods across borders between Japan, Vietnam, and the United States.

The system can connect with major e-commerce and social media platforms such as Amazon, Rakuten, Shopify, and TikTok. The entire process from order reception, inventory checking at warehouses in the United States, shipping to Japan or Vietnam, to tracking delivery status is managed centrally on a single system.

The system also supports various payment methods such as credit cards and the NP deferred payment service. In addition, VCS provides digital marketing solutions using AI, social media, and live selling to enhance customer reach and boost e-commerce sales.


02/ Smart agriculture using IoT and AI

VCS develops smart agricultural systems utilizing IoT and AI, notably the “IoT TOMATO System” — a system that allows for remote monitoring and control of the environment inside greenhouses.

The system combines industrial Raspberry Pi, long-range and energy-efficient wireless communication technology LoRa, and the AWS cloud computing platform. Eight environmental parameters including temperature, humidity, light intensity, CO₂ concentration, wind speed, nutrient solution temperature, pH level, and electrical conductivity (EC) are continuously monitored. An AI computer analyzes the data and automatically adjusts the environment to suit the growth process of the crops.

Additionally, VCS applies a proprietary cultivation technique using fine mist to provide nutrients to the plants. As a result, the system can mitigate the effects of weather and seasonal changes, ensuring stable production of high-quality tomatoes throughout the year.

The system is currently being implemented in both Japan and Vietnam.


03/ Protecting digital copyright with NFT and Blockchain

VCS builds a digital copyright protection system by linking data for 3D printers with NFTs, thereby confirming ownership of the data.

Only those who have purchased the data can use a dedicated application to export the data to the 3D printer. This mechanism helps prevent copying and unauthorized use of the data.

The system uses the ERC-721 standard and the Polygon Blockchain platform to securely record transaction history as well as ownership rights. Thus, the e-commerce platform can protect the rights of both digital content creators and legitimate buyers.


04/ Digital transformation of factories using AI voice recognition, IoT, and Odoo ERP

VCS develops a production management system that connects AI voice recognition with IoT-integrated weighing devices, allowing workers to input production data hands-free.

In seafood processing plants, workers perform multiple steps to process tuna into fillets and blocks of back or belly meat. During the work process, workers place products on the electronic scale while still holding them with both hands. The weight data is then automatically transmitted to the production management system via IoT.

Workers only need to say the name of the step they are performing to the AI speaker. The voice recognition technology converts the spoken content into text data, combining it with the weight data and automatically recording it into the production management system.

Eliminating manual data entry improves hygiene conditions and shortens working time. At the same time, the data from the scale is recorded directly and cannot be arbitrarily modified, thereby enhancing the transparency and reliability of traceability activities.

Additionally, VCS supports the development of an enterprise management platform using Odoo ERP, allowing centralized management of production, inventory, sales, purchasing, and accounting activities. VCS also provides AI and IoT application solutions to promote the development of smart factories.


05/ Growing Korean ginseng in a fully automated closed plant factory

VCS is developing the world's first technology for cultivating Korean ginseng, combining tissue culture techniques to propagate seedlings in a sterile environment with a fully automated plant factory, isolated from the outside environment.

This technology inherits and develops environmental control achievements from the smart agriculture sector. Growth conditions such as light, temperature, humidity, CO₂ concentration, and nutrition are all completely managed by an automated system.

By minimizing the impact of weather, pests, and external factors, the system can create a suitable environment for the stable cultivation of high-quality Korean ginseng throughout the year.

Through the combination of agriculture and technology, VCS aims to enhance production efficiency and contribute to building a sustainable agricultural foundation.
